SUCCESS TIPS FOR YOU

Being successful often means learning from experts who have already achieved their goals. Having a mentor is an amazing blessing to an entrepreneur, but not everyone can find one in person.

1. CHALLENGE  YOURSELF.
Richard Branson says his biggest motivation is to keep challenging himself. He treats life like one long university education, where he can learn more every day. You can too!

2. DO  WORK YOU LIKE AND  CARE  ABOUT .
There’s no doubt that running a business take a lot of time. Steve Jobs noted that the only way to be satisfied in your life is to do work that you truly believe in.

3. BE A RISK TAKER.
We never know the outcome of our efforts unless we actually do it. Jeff Bezos said it helped to know that he wouldn’t regret failure, but he would regret not trying

4. BELIEVE  IN  YOURSELF .
As Henry Ford famously said, “Whether you think you can, or think you can’t, you’re right.” Believe that you can succeed, and you’ll find ways through different obstacles. If you don’t, you’ll just find excuses.

5. DON'T BE VISIONLESS.
The founder and CEO of Tumblr, David Karp, notes that an entrepreneur is someone who has a vision for something and a desire to create it. Keep your vision clear at all times.

6. ASSOCIATE WITH LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE .
Who you’re with is who you become. Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn, noted that the fastest way to change yourself is to hang out with people who are already the way you want to be.

7. BE FEARLESS.
Overcoming fear isn’t easy, but it must be done. Arianna Huffington once said that she found fearlessness was like a muscle -- the more she exercised it, the stronger it became.

8. BE AN ACTION TAKER.
The world is full of great ideas, but success only comes through action. Walt Disney once said that the easiest way to get started is to quit talking and start doing. That’s true for your success as well.

9. GIVE IT TIME.
No one succeeds immediately, and everyone was once a beginner. As Steve Jobs wisely noted, “if you look closely, most overnight successes took a long time.” Don’t be afraid to invest time in your company.

10. Manage energy, not time.
Your energy limits what you can do with your time, so manage it wisely.

11. HAVE A GREAT TEAM .
No one succeeds in business alone, and those who try will lose to a great team every time. Build your own great team to bolster your success.

12. HIRE CHARACTER AND VALUES.
As you build your team, hire for character and values. You can always train someone on skills, but you can’t make someone’s values fit your company after the fact.

13. PLAN  FOR  RAISING CAPITAL.
Richard Harroch, a venture capitalist, has this advice for upcoming entrepreneurs: “It’s almost always harder to raise capital than you thought it would be, and it always takes longer. So plan for that.”

14. STATE YOUR GOALS.
Ryan Allis, co-founder of iContact, pointed out that having the end in mind every day ensures you’re working toward it. Set goals and remind yourself of them each day.

15. LEARN FROM MISTAKES AND  RESTRATEGIZE.
Many entrepreneurs point to mistakes as being their best teacher. When you learn from your mistakes, you move closer to success -- even though you initially failed.

16. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER KYC.
Dave Thomas, the founder of Wendy’s, cited knowing your customer as one of his three keys to success. Know those you serve better than anyone else, and you’ll be able to deliver the solutions they need.

17. LEARN FROM COMPLAINTS.
Bill Gates once said that your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning. Let unhappy customers teach you where the holes in your service are.

18. ASK FOR CUSTOMERS’ INPUT.
Assuming what customers want or need will never lead to success. You must ask them directly, and then carefully listen to what they say.

19. BE PRUDENT IN SPENDING.
When you spend money on your business, be careful to spend it wisely. It’s easy to spend too much on foolish things and run out of capital too soon.

20. UNDERSTAND YOUR INDUSTRY.
Tony Hsieh, the founder of Zappos, once said, “Don’t play games you don’t understand, even if you see lots of other people making money from them.” Truly understanding your industry is key to having success.

21. BE EXTRAORDINARY IN DELIVERING.
Google's Larry Page encourages entrepreneurs to deliver more than customers expect. It’s a great way to get noticed in your industry and build a loyal following of advocates.

Being a successful entrepreneur takes a lot of work, a lot of vision and a lot of perseverance. These tips, from entrepreneurs who have already found success, will help you navigate the path much more easily

What Is Your Center Of Influence

There are already plenty of books written about belief system, both scientific and motivational. What I would like to do is to share with you how my belief system works. Maybe it works for you too.

You see, I was never cut out to be successful in the first place.

I never did well in school - probably because I lost focus, playing around too much then. So I stopped after high school; I've never studied in a college or University before.

My job is rather "futureless" -- I ended up working on the streets selling greeting cards, door-to-door.

I don't come from a rich or well-off family -- that's also the reason why I didn't further my studies; it's too painful to take my folks' hard earned money that way. There wasn't any financial support for me to pursue what I wanted to do. We're your typical middle class family - my Dad's a cab driver and my Mum's a housewife. But most importantly, we're happy. I've never felt upset that we weren't rich and I'm proud of my Dad for driving a cab to take care of our family.

I don't have any special or unique talent -- I mean, there are people who are highly talented in sports, inventions, programming, arts, music, etc. that allows them to become millionaires. I don't recall having any of those talents.
I live on a small island -- not one of the big cities where there are plenty of opportunities. Although environment does influence one's success, I can confidently say that it's not entirely true. With today's technology, you can be rich anywhere you live.

I don't have any "connections"- some people became wealthy because they know the "right" people who can elevate them to the next level. I didn't have any entrepreneur friends or know of any millionaires personally at that time; nobody was around to guide me with advice about wealth and success.

I could have gone on, continuing with my ordinary life as it was... if it wasn't for a "vengeance" that I had.

Nothing evil. Not the kind of vengeance where it makes you want to kill someone or anything like that.

It's a feeling that makes you want to prove to the world that you're better than that.

But actually, in retrospect, I was just trying to prove it to myself.

It's the time when you deny your situation; denying that you're incapable of achieving more in life, that you're stuck with your existing, futureless life.

That makes me hungry.

You see, you got to have that kind of hunger, that kind of drive to BE successful.

When I was trying to achieve success then, I was beaten up emotionally from so many angles.

If you've been to motivational seminars, you probably know that you are supposed to network with other attendees. I mean, the Gurus teach that networking is important for success, right?

I kid you not, I was a very positive fella. But it seems like not many people wanted to network with me or wanted to exchange cards because I was nobody then.

You know something -- the more the environment and people dissent you, the more powerful you should become - not the other way around.

Instead of focusing on weakness, I choose to focus on strength.

The more they say I cannot do it, the more it fires me up to show that I can do it.

This is where I want to differentiate positive thinking from optimistic thinking.

Positive thinking is saying...

"It's okay, it doesn't matter that these people do not support me because I'm a positive thinker - I don't let negative thoughts affect me. They probably don't mean it anyway."

Optimistic thinking is saying...

"They don't support me - I accept that, even though I don't like it. It sucks; I wish it wasn't like that. But since that's the reality, what good can come out of this?"

And the answer to that question from an optimistic thinking standpoint is...

I'll take that as a challenge and I'll prove to you who's right.

But I guess the biggest breakthrough when it comes to tuning your belief system for greatness is...

"What is Your Compelling Reason to be Successful?"

If you CAN answer that question, you have the strength to walk you through the journey to success.

I've already given you mine. And it has become the major influence that propels me to become successful in both personal and business life - to become a millionaire, best-selling author and be at the same level as some of the most successful authors and speakers.

Now, compelling reasons usually don't come in a material form. For instance: a car, house or anything like that. Those are not your true compelling reasons.

Why? It's because your mind will ultimately "give up" and let you settle for less. So if your dream car is a Ferrari or something, at one time, you'll make the decision to say that it's fine... even if you don't drive that Ferrari. You'll just drive a more affordable car and forget about your compelling reason.

A compelling reason usually has a strong emotional attachment to it.

It could be an incident that happens in your life.

It could be something that you value – more than any material things in this world.

It could be your hunger for something greater, and you know you have to become wealthy in order for you to achieve that.

Have a compelling reason for yourself.

Do you know these 3 principles to wealth?

Hi,

Do you know these 3 principles to wealth?

1. Psychology
This is the psychology to wealth - how someone REACTS
towards money. Have you ever talked to someone who
seems to be "lucky," able to "attract" money easily? That's
the science of psychology they have with the money.

2. Mindset
You need the RIGHT mindset to achieve wealth and success.
The core reasons one becomes a millionaire boils down to
how you're able to make powerful decisions and executing
them as perfectly as possible.

3. Opportunity
In order to become a millionaire, you'll need a platform
to take you there. The opportunity can change all the time
so you're never stuck with one permanently.

If you can just master these three principles, your life will start
to change.

It has been proven to work as these secrets are from someone
who has DONE it and is LIVING it.
 Master these 3 Principles now
